You can browse Marlin's web site (the "Site") without identifying yourself or revealing any information about you or your company. You may be asked to provide certain information about you and/or your company if you elect to apply for financing through the Site or if you attempt to use certain Site functions. Upon request Marlin will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information.
